Atty. Carpio graduated from Assumption College in 2006 with a degree of Bachelor in Communication major Advertising and Public Relations.

After over thirteen years of working in field of advertising and public relations, marketing management, corporate communications, human resource management, client relations and crisis management, business process and operations outsourcing specializing in manpower resourcing, she plunged into the legal circle, giving her ultimate passion a chance.

She earned her Juris Doctor degree at San Beda University Manila in 2024 where she became a member of various law student organizations such as the San Beda Legal Aid Bureau, the San Beda RGCT - Bar Operations Center, and the San Beda College of Law Environmental Organization (LEON).

In November 2024, she joined Gargantiel Ilagan & Atanante as an underbar associate until she passed the #BarNiJLo in the same year. Having passed the bar, her field of practice includes labor law, criminal law, civil law, legal research, administrative law, and corporation law.

In June 2025, Atty. Carpio joined the esteemed faculty of the Bulacan State University (BSU), College of Criminal Justice Education where she was assigned to teach taxation law, business organization law (partnership and corporation), and real estate laws to Legal Management students.

Currently, Atty. Carpio is a junior associate at Atanante & Ilagan Law (AI Law) where she continues her practice alongside her stint as an educator in BSU.
