Before embarking on a career in law, Atty. Omli pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at Divine Word Mission Seminary.  There, years of pastoral formation and academic discipline shaped a discerning mind, an eloquent pen, and a deep appreciation for the art of narrative and persuasion. He graduated magna cum laude and at the top of his class. Grounded in his seminary formation and a growing interest in contemporary questions of justice and equity, he later entered San Beda University, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2022. 

After his admission to the Philippine Bar in 2023, Atty. Omli joined a reputable law firm in Makati City, where he honed his craft under the guidance of seasoned litigators. He has handled a range of litigation and dispute resolution matters before courts and quasi-judicial bodies, with experience spanning criminal, civil, administrative, and corporate law. He has also represented some of the country’s largest insurance companies in high-stakes claims involving hundreds of millions of pesos, handled intra-corporate disputes, and secured favorable dismissals before the courts, Sandiganbayan and the Office of the Ombudsman. 

Complementing his litigation practice, Atty. Omli has advised both local and international businesses on regulatory compliance, and successfully resolved regulatory disputes before the Securities and Exchange Commission. 

In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball and volleyball, immersing himself in video games, and finding inspiration in music.
