Atty. Katrina Lee Regalado is a Junior Associate at Atanante & Ilagan Law, with a primary focus on Corporate, Taxation, Commercial, and Labor law. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar on February 6, 2026. 

Atty. Regalado assists clients in matters involving corporate compliance, contract review, legal documentation, legal audit, and other business-related concerns. She is known for her professionalism, discretion, and ability to work closely with corporations, and various stakeholders while maintaining a practical, responsive, and client-oriented approach to legal representation. 

Atty. Regalado earned her Juris Doctor degree from San Beda University College of Law, where she actively participated in the San Beda Law RGCT – Bar Operations, San Beda Legal Aid Bureau, and the San Beda Law Commission on Elections. 

Prior to her legal studies, she completed her undergraduate degrees from De La Salle University–Manila, specifically Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics major in Financial Economics and Bachelor of Science in Legal Management. 

Atty. Regalado is a proud graduate from Immaculate Conception Academy Greenhills, an exclusive Chinese Catholic educational institution known for its strong academic and cultural foundation. Her upbringing and educational background allowed her to gain working knowledge of the Chinese language, which may be beneficial in commercial transactions and cross-cultural matters.
